Mike Foster

Co-Founder & Builder

  With 52 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, he definitely knows his way around a jobsite. He graduated from University of Houston in Civil Engineering. He worked for a large general contractor in Houston and moved to DC area on 1987 and become President and Co-Founder of Paradigm Construction; Mike was responsible for the construction of more than 10,000 multifamily units along with 12 churches and multiple commercial projects.

  In 2009 he “retired” to Horseshoe Bay Area, but it was impossible for him to leave the construction field because it is in his blood. Mike came back to real estate and construction and made the move to custom home building and development founding his true passion.

   In his free time he spends time with his beautiful wife, Cheryl, children and grandkids, he likes good wine, hunting and gourmet food. 

Charles Khan

Project Management & Estimating

​  Charles was born and raised in Houston and has a Degree in International Business from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville.

  He has 20 years of experience in multi-family high rise construction, home building  and renovations on projects totaling $400 million in the Washington D.C. metro area. His key strengths are responsiveness to budget, knowledge of field, office and accounting operations in all phases of construction from pre-construction to close-out.

  Charles and his family reside in Spicewood, TX.

Nathan Foster

Project Superintendent

Nathan was born in Houston, TX and raised in Virginia; he has worked in the construction field for over 20 years. In addition to construction education courses, Nathan has obtained his Master Electrician’s License and General Contractor's License. 

   Nathan worked as a Superintendent for one of the largest national electrical contractor in the country where he was in charge of numerous multifamily projects. In addition, he opened a successful Electrical Company in the Northern VA area in which he specialized in home and commercial services. 

  Nathan loves to play golf, hunt, and spend time with his family. 

Tessa Belden

Administrative Assistant

​  Tessa joined the Neiman-Foster team in May 2022. She has 30 years of experience providing administrative support and customer service. Tessa possesses a strong ability to analyze information and provide excellent customer service. She is organized, detail oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks with excellent communication skills with personnel of all levels in the organization.

   Born and raised in south Louisiana’s Cajun Country, Tessa married her high school sweetheart Glenn in 1984. While Glenn was in the Army they lived in Pirmasens and Nuremberg, Germany. Then in 1992 they settled in Killeen, Texas and later moved to Kingsland, Texas in Dec. 2021. Tessa enjoys reading, cooking Cajun cuisine and visiting with friends and family. 

Kirsten Neiman

Office Manager & Bookkeeper

   Kirsten was raised in Houston, Texas, and after years of traveling, relocated to the Hill Country with her family. With over 15 years of working in client relations, office management & design, Kirsten brings another detail-oriented and creative eye to the team. Before joining Neiman-Foster, she managed a multi-practice Veterinary Hospital in Coronado, California, and served as Vice President for Stars & Stripes Wedding Photography (501(c)(3) Non-Profit) based out of Houston, Texas.

  Kirsten's hobbies include art in all media- from theatre to photography, interior design, gardening, reading, and cooking. She enjoys spending time with her family exploring nature, acting at the local theatre, and trying out new creative cuisines.
